About Clint Buhler
I started into "serious" photography in the mid 90's when I knew there was something that professionals were doing differently than me to get their pictures to look so good and I wanted to know what that was. My first roll of film I ever shot was of Cleveland skylines and I've been shooting them now for over 18 years.
I'm a technophile and a perfectionist. These qualities generally hinder my functioning in normal life, but happen to suit photography particularly well. Photography for me is the perfect balance between the technical and the artistic. I strive to have technically superior images and I focus on beauty in everything I do with a camera. Most of my image files are very large, with less grain and more sharpness than anything else you'll find currently, which leads to better print quality and larger reproductions.
I've learned that to be a successful photographer you need to be more than passionate about what you do and have a good eye, but unfortunately you need to also excel at marketing and self promotion, something I have yet to master. I figure I'll just keep doing what I love to do and someone may take notice. Thanks for all comments and purchases, you're the reason I take photos in the first place and you're support is much appreciated!
